Prices include total clean up of brush and debris. Any trees to be removed will be cut to near ground level. Pruning will be done according to ANSI A 300 standard unless specified in the proposal. Stump Removal is not includ­ed . Stump shavings from stump removal operations will be raked and pilled on top of work site.

SAFETY

COTTS warrants that all operations will follow ANSI Z 133.1 industry safety standard. The customer agrees not to enter the work area during active work. CONCEALED CONTINGENCIES: COTTS Is not responsible for damage to customer owned utilities Including underground sprinklers, drain lines, landscape lighting, invisible fence or underground cables /utilities un­less the system (s) are adequately and accurately mapped by the customer and a copy of the map is presented before or at the time work is performed.

Contractor will attempt to minimize impact to surfac­es including asphalt, concrete and pavers. However cracks, divots, oil, scrapes, and broken pavement may happen during the course of work. Repairs are not covered in the contract price.

lawn/landscape repair

Contract will attempt to minimize dis­turbance to the customer's lawn. Lawn repairs are not included in the contract price. Customer shall move all lawn ornaments, furni­ture, vehicles, etc. away from tree work area before work day.

Acceptance of Proposal

The prices, specifications and conditions are hereby accepted. COTTS is authorized to do

the work. Customer accepts full financial responsibility. Customer agrees to pay COTTS upon completion and awaits reimbursement from customers insurance.

TREE OWNERSHIP

Customer warrants that all trees to be listen are owned by the customer's property, If not customer must provide sepa­rate written authorization from owner of the Tree(s) and or prosperity on which located to COTTS to preform the work. Customer agrees to hold COTTS harmless from all damages and cost Including attorney fees for the misidentifi­cations of tree or property ownership and property line location.
